  • Hardware (reparos, troca de peças, limpezas, diagnósticos e soluções de problemas);
  • Software, (instalação e atualização em geral, diagnósticos de problemas);
  • Sistema operacional Windows e pacote office. Suporte à impressoras (Laserjet, Multifuncional e Deskjet);
  • Atendimento 1° nível (telefônico e acesso remoto) e 2º nível.
