About the Role: Seeking a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation pricing solutions for the automotive industry. This role will be central to building intelligent, scalable tools that modernize how pricing is managed.
The ideal candidate has experience bringing complex, data-intensive products to market, especially those involving pricing, forecasting, or optimization. They’ll partner closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, and Marketing to shape product vision, conduct user and market research, define product requirements, and drive execution from discovery through launch.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of how to translate data into product capabilities that improve both business performance and user experience. Qualified Candidates Need:
3–7 years of Product Management or Product Marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software or technology-enabled services
Hands-on experience building or managing data-driven products, especially in areas such as revenue management, pricing optimization, or forecasting
Industry experience in automotive fixed ops, transportation, logistics, travel, or hospitality strongly preferred
Demonstrated success defining, launching, and scaling impactful products
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear product decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers, stakeholders, and executive leadership
Deep customer empathy and experience with discovery practices like interviews, feedback loops, and validation techniques
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity, iteration, and innovation as part of the process
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Help define and refine the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities
Serve as the product expert and internal evangelist, clearly communicating product value to internal teams and external stakeholders
Lead discovery and prioritization of customer needs, gathering input from users, prospects, and stakeholders to inform roadmap decisions
Translate insights into detailed business cases, use cases, ROI assessments, and product requirements
Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and deliver prioritized features and functionality to the development team
Conduct market research and maintain a deep understanding of competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies
Drive validation and testing efforts, including user testing, beta programs, and feedback loops to ensure product-market fit
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure Go-to-Market readiness, including Sales, Marketing, Support, and Training
Support product launch activities, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement tools, and collateral
Work with Sales to define quoting guidelines, pricing guardrails, and tools that support adoption and growth
Evaluate partnership or licensing opportunities, supporting any product-related aspects of custom contracts or integration discussions
Provide product training and serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams
