The Client Partner position is a remote role with regular travel, primarily throughout the Midwest, to engage with client stakeholders, strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities within our existing client base.



Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner to lead strategic relationships with key Mid-Market Enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client satisfaction, revenue growth, and delivery excellence across a portfolio of services, including advising, technology, and outsourcing solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker and relationship builder who can act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities and business needs.
  • Account Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute account strategies to expand services, increase revenue, and improve client retention. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell solutions.
  • Delivery Oversight: Ensure high-quality delivery of services across all engagements. Partner with delivery leads to monitor performance metrics, resolve escalations, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Work closely with solution architects and industry teams to craft winning proposals and drive deal closures.
  • P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of account-level financial performance, including revenue forecasting, margin management, and profitability.
  • Innovation & Transformation: Bring thought leadership and innovative ideas to clients, helping them solve complex business challenges through digital transformation, automation, and analytics.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within professional services, consulting, or outsourcing environments.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar accounts and growing client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link business problems to technology and process solutions.
  • Some industry expertise can be helpful (SaaS, Services, Manufacturing)
  • Experience with digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
