Role Overview

As a Remote Real Estate Broker, your primary responsibility will be to support on-the-ground agents by coordinating meetings and nurturing client relationships to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications (calls, chats, emails) with prospective clients.
  • Conduct investment-focused conversations to identify client needs and present suitable property opportunities.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for on-the-ground agents to ensure seamless client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (real estate brokerage experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
  • Comfortable handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls and chats.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
