Responsibilities:
You will help uphold our ethical and corporate standards and serve as a fundamental part of our team.
You will help the team identify, manage, and mitigate compliance risk in support of our US and international business units.
You will help the team ensure compliance with the rules and
regulations of our financial partners by demonstrating familiarity with BSA, AML – both US-based and international requirements, card brand requirements, and the Digital Services Act.
You will be able to work well in a collaborative environment with minimal structure and be
comfortable in changing environments with competing priorities.
You must possess solid business acumen, natural curiosity, and the ability to shift effectively between communication styles based upon the audience.
You will collaborate on new programs, policies and procedures to ensure compliance across the platform and the company.
What we are looking for:
JD or equivalent with current bar license is preferred
7+ years of demonstrated industry experience regarding AML is a requirement
Superior written and verbal communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while still meeting deadlines for deliverables
Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, banking law, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and international teams
High level of integrity, professionalism and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
Partner with development teams to ensure that products are developed in ways that are compliant with relevant regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Products, AML Insight and HighQ is preferred

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $200K-$220K. This position will also include a profit sharing that is dependent on a variety of factors.
