Role: MS Dynamics 365 F&O Business Analyst
Exp: 6+ Years & Relevant-5 years
Shift Timing: UK Shift
Primary Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Requirement gathering
JD : Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and document reviews.
Map business processes and identify areas for improvement within D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing).
Document functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria clearly and concisely.
Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to translate business needs into system configurations and customizations.
Support functional testing, UAT, and data validation during project implementations.
Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Facilitate user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure adoption and issue resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
6 years of ERP experience, with 3+ years working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX
Familiarity with functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement
Strong skills in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications -
Microsoft certification MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations
Experience working with tools like Azure DevOps, LCS, JIRA, or Confluence
Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies
