Job description

This is a remote position.

NextLink is seeking a hands-on Amazon Connect Developer or Technical Consultant to support their Salesforce implementation project, specifically focusing on the integration and deployment of Service Cloud Voice. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in configuring Amazon Connect call flows, designing and executing routing strategies, and ensuring seamless integration with the Service Cloud environment. This is not a managerial or architectural role; rather, it requires a senior-level, independent professional capable of hands-on implementation without internal Amazon Connect support. The consultant will work closely with the Salesforce delivery team and must demonstrate deep expertise in Amazon Connect, strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and ability to operate efficiently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Amazon Connect flows for voice integration within Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
  • Design and implement call routing and handling logic to align with CRM workflows
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end integration between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Independently manage tasks without relying on internal Amazon Connect support
  • Work closely with offshore Salesforce team to align voice services deployment
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and enhancements of the voice integration setup
  • Deliver high-quality, well-documented configuration and testing outcomes
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide status updates on assigned deliverables



Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect including call flow configuration and voice routing, strong knowledge and working experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integration, proven ability to deliver in an independent technical contributor role, fluency in cloud-based telephony systems especially Amazon Connect architecture, demonstrated experience in CRM integrations involving voice channels, excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex voice integration scenarios, availability to work as an offshore resource aligned to client time zone, strong communication skills in English both verbal and written, mandatory experience with live deployments in enterprise environments.
