Position Overview

In this role, you will be the single point of contact for Autodesk Marketing in GCR, working closely with our Value added distributors and agencies on their strategic plans aligned to the Autodesk strategy. You will be an excellent collaborator, working closely with all internal stakeholders within the Autodesk sales and marketing teams, to ensure alignment on regional priorities. You will provide strategic advisory services to our VADs, be the regional marketing expert and support our channel ecosystems growth and have strong communication skills.
 

Responsibilities
 

  • Build strategic relationships with Autodesk VADs in region and manage the marketing planning in line with Autodesk strategy. You will collaborate with them to support regional business goals and maximize the impact of marketing execution

  • Build strong relationships with internal Autodesk sales stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and strategy

  • Review performance of marketing activities to ensure impact and report back to internal Autodesk stakeholders

  • Attend planning sessions, forecast calls, review meetings with Sales LT weekly/quarterly/yearly, reporting on performance of the activities which are executed through VAD and agencies

  • Manage Opex & MDP allocation in Hong Kong, Taiwan

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s diploma or degree in related field such as business or marketing

  • 7+ years of marketing experience Job Level Description

  • Require knowledge and experience of Partner marketing, Digital marketing, Account based marketing, as well as event and agency experience

  • Solve complex problems of diverse scope by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and applying knowledge of best practices in practical situations

  • Use data analysis, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of action

  • Apply creativity in recommending variations in approach

  • Accountability and ownership for leading and improving on-going processes

  • Build effective relationships with senior leadership and peers

  • Work independently, with close guidance given at critical points

  • Experience preparing quarterly and yearly marketing plan

  • Measurable success in driving partner business and engagement

  • Self-motivated; able to work autonomously and collaborate with remote teams and is adaptable to changing priorities

  • Proven ability to effectively develop and implement channel programs/procedures as needed

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to succinctly communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience

  • Ability to coordinate efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive end results

  • Excellent program/project management skills

  • Experience managing marketing budgets ideally within a channel marketing setting

  • Stakeholder management experience with the ability to build trust quickly\

  • Some management experience, including recruiting a team

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business or marketing

  • Travel may be required
