Here, you’ll discover exciting opportunities for professional growth, make a direct and meaningful impact on our products and company, and contribute to a mission that truly matters.

Position Overview Are you passionate about turning data into real-world impact?

The company is looking for a sharp, data-driven thinker and doer to join our product team. As our Product & BI Analyst, you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll unlock insights that shape how we build, deliver, and scale products that make a difference in people’s lives. You’ll be at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy—empowering teams across the company to make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the BI domain: Lead company-wide analytics, define processes, and champion a data-driven culture.
  • Enable data-driven teams: Partner with Product, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to track KPIs, analyze performance, and uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Turn data into impact: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that shape product and business decisions.
  • Define KPIs and data needs: Collaborate with Product and R&D to define success metrics, guide event implementation, and ensure relevant data sources and flows are in place.
  • Design accessible reporting interfaces: Build intuitive dashboards and reports that provide easy access to key metrics and clearly surface insights for each stakeholder.
  • Recommend the right tools: Evaluate and guide the selection of data tools that support evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • A proficient analyst: 3+ years of experience in a BI/Data/Product Analyst or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment, working closely with product teams to define, track, and analyze KPIs.
  • BI Technologist: Expert in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, Power BI) and SQL (Python - advantage), with a strong ability to build clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work with cross-functional teams—including senior leadership—and translate data into clear, business-relevant insights.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments; comfortable juggling multiple data sources and requests.
  • Hands-on ownership mindset, able to define data needs, shape the instrumentation process with R&D, and deliver complete, coherent, and user-friendly data products.
