Compensation: $200,000 - $205,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership Strategy & Execution
- Manage the strategic partnership with InfinitySPM, serving as the primary liaison across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Develop and execute joint business plans, including revenue targets, timelines, and KPIs.
- Drive alignment on go-to-market strategy, co-selling motions, and solution enhancements.
- Identify and enable partner implementation resources across the OneStream ecosystem.
- Lead joint solution development efforts, incorporating OneStream innovations (e.g., SensibleAI Portfolio).
- Deliver enablement sessions for InfinitySPM sales teams to drive joint value messaging and alignment withOneStream’s Core Finance solutions.
Field Enablement & Business Development
- Educate Field Sales on InfinitySPM offerings, ideal customer profiles, value propositions, and sales cycle dynamics.
- Design and execute internal enablement programs to equip Field Sales teams (e.g., solution spotlight, newsletters, lunch & learns).
- Support Field Sales in incorporating InfinitySPM solutions into proposals, demos, and RFPs.
- Collaborate with InfinitySPM to deliver targeted outbound campaigns for customer and prospect engagement.
Marketing & Awareness
- Develop co-branded marketing assets in collaboration with OneStream Marketing.
- Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) for joint marketing campaigns and events with InfinitySPM.
- Execute joint events, webinars, and sponsorships to raise market awareness.
- Represent OneStream and InfinitySPM at key industry events (e.g., Dreamforce, Gartner CSO Conference).
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities aligned to InfinitySPM solutions.
- Manage joint pipeline generation activities, pursuit strategies, and sales coverage models.
- Track, analyze, and optimize opportunity progression through Salesforce and related sales tools.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Provide regular updates to OneStream leadership on lead generation, pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and market feedback.
- Manage InfinitySPM’s KPIs and optimize strategies based on performance analysis.
- Gather competitive intelligence through partner and customer interactions to inform OneStream’s product and sales strategy.
- Drive operational excellence across Salesforce, SharePoint, and Teams.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales with alliance ecosystems.
- Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to C-level buyers (e.g., CFOs, CROs).
- Background in SPM, EPM/CPM, or related financial performance management markets.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in competitive environments.
- Familiarity with software vendors like OneStream, Oracle, Anaplan, Workday, Callidus, Xactly, or similar.
- Consultative experience with complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master of Business Administration.
- Experience overseeing projects and/or project management certifications.
