Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Collaboration Technology Engineer with a minimum of 4+ years
of expertise in supporting Digital Workspace. The ideal candidate should understand
Collaboration platforms and services, with a strong emphasis on scripting for automation and
issue resolution. He/She will be responsible for supporting, maintaining platforms and services
that enable seamless collaboration for the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability of collaboration
  • platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and Dropbox.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts as and when needed to automate tasks.
  • Manage and maintain APIs, GitHub and CI-CD Pipelines.
  • Serve as POC for LiveOps to address service incidents and troubleshoot/triage
  • as appropriate.
  • Work with the core engineering team to address bugs and deploy services
  • across different environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to scale for service capacity and traffic
  • spikes of 20x normal load during T1 events. 
  • Create and maintain service health dashboards to monitor production systems.
  • Implement alarms where there are gaps in service health monitoring.
  • Maintaining and updating Dropbox Live SOP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with collaboration platforms, identifying and
  • implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Qualifications/Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Collaboration Technology Engineer, developing Automation
  • scripts with a minimum of 4+ years in supporting collaborations platforms such as Slack,
  • Google Workspace, Dropbox and Zoom.
  • Experience in administrating Collaboration tools mentioned above.
  • Hands-on experience in writing Python scripts for developing APIs.
  • Experience in migrating repetitive workflows to automated solutions.
  • Experience in automating manual tasks to scheduled jobs by custom scripts.
  • Proficiency in writing Lambda functions in AWS.
  • Familiarity with CI-CD pipelines and using GitHub.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve
  • complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in
  • cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications in Collaboration platforms proficiencies are a plus.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is desirable.
  • Experience in supporting High Availability (HA) for collaboration Platforms.
