You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.
  • Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
  • Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.
  • Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.
  • Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

What you need to know about this position:

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Execute the strategy for deployment of a robust cold chain network across assigned geography.
  • Ensuring the maintenance & deployment of Visi Coolers in the appropriate manner across various retail environments.
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders to ensure full support from relevant Operational and Sales teams in executing the strategy.
  • Develop strong external business relationships and networks with key players in the cold chain including links with key customers as required in TT/NCD/MT in his assigned territory.

KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Manage the Cold Chain service network to deliver high quality & reliable service to retailers.
  • Ensure the process to track and monitor safety, quality and availability of Visi Coolers at retail stores.
  • Execute the process to assess performance/business growth of Visi Coolers at retail stores.
  • Contribute to the design, development and testing of new Visi Cooler designs and innovations.
  • Ensure adherence to Visicooler deployment SOP.
  • Change retailer behaviour to keep Visi Coolers switched on 24 x 365.
  • Refurbishment and redeployment of pulled out assets and ensure sustainability.
  • Ensure optimum Asset inventory for deployment and Warehouse space utilization by continuous refurbishment and periodic scrapping of pulled out assets.
  • Plan depot wise VC stocking, coordinate with manufacturer, depot and 3P to procure and stock coolers for uninterrupted deployment as per plan.
  • Ensure Commercial Compliance - Organise quarterly VC stock audit and ensure stock accuracy. Reconcile and resolve discrepancies if any.
  • Plan spare part inventory and maintain MSL for faster resolution time and thereby improve Customer satisfaction.
  • Capability development of Technician, support staff and sales frontend team by regular trainings, interactions and mentoring.
  • Participate and contribute in design, development and testing of Visi related innovations and processes.
  • Complete tracking and management of QR code sticker distribution and consumption.
  • Focus on Asset utilisation and drive its productivity and VPO norms.
  • Monthly processing of Service bills. Validation as per agreed terms and rates and timely payment processing for 3P.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Technical / Functional / Behavioural skills:

  • 8 Yrs + in field experience in end to end management of a cold chain in an FMCG environment.
  • Technically Sound – understanding of Mechanics, RAC.
  • Strong Analytical Ability – strong excel skills or other analytical tools
  • Preferably from FMCG Company
  • Effective Communicator, Good Orator – good at ppts
  • Multitasking Abilities with Quick decision making
  • Self-starter, Seld-driven
  • Ability to Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Ability to Interpret customer, competitor and channel sales data and ability to extract insights
  • Ability to collaborate and work across functions, while leveraging considerable influence
  • Education qualification - BTech/M.Tech
