Job description

Role Title: Ominretail Group (Modern Trade) Development Group Excellence and Data Systems Assistant Manager

Location: Philippines

Main purpose of the job: 

As the Ominretail Group (Modern Trade) Development Group Excellence + Data Systems Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving growth, OKRs, and capabilities of Directly Served (OG, COTF, & ROG) and internal teams handling these accounts through a) Capability Building Workstreams & b) Data Solution & Automation workstreams 

 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • A go to partner for OG teams for training core skills of Field Sales practitioners 

  • Sustain a healthy relationship with OG Customer Teams 

  • Drive Operational Efficiencies through optimization of key OG Processes (e.g. O2C, Servicing, OSA, etc.) with internal teams and external stakeholders  

  • Manage Unilever’s suite of Data & tools to ensure that these are effectively used & translated into reports / dashboards 

  • Partner with head-office teams (CSP, Channels) by leading data related projects (OSA, Inventory, POS, etc.) 

 

Business Partnering: 

Key contributor to the Modern Trade Leadership by supporting CBMs with proper training & data solutions for their customer teams. Also collaborates with head-office teams such as CSP, Channels & CDF to ensure that they are equipped with the correct data to guide insights & actions 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Must be a bachelor’s degree holder 

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Customer Development/Sales and Key Account Management preferably handling OG/MAG/ROG accounts 

  • Excellent stakeholder management, customer management and interpersonal skills 

  • Highly data driven - must have proficient MS Excel capabilities 

  • Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset 

  • Must be action and detail-oriented 

  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills to present clearly, simplify complex topics and influence decision-making 

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
