What Will You Be Doing

  • You will be be responsible for defining and implementing channel programs for supporting the development and profitability of Citrix partners

  • You will define strategies and business development plans to drive sales and market growth for Citrix CSP solutions

  • You will ensure the coordination of the execution of sales growth plans

  • You will lead stakeholder management sessions and keep various management involved by maintaining open lines of communication

  • You will collaborate with the sales team, across geos to understand business trends and forecast 

  • You will provide market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities

  • You will collaborate with global marketing for building and supporting the execution of marketing plans that are aligned with go-to-market plans

  • You will monitor the deployment of channel programs and go-to-market actions against set KPI's, and take corrective actions

  • You will ensure the sales and technical teams across geos are enabled with the go-to-market strategy 

More About the Function:

  • The Citrix Global Strategic Program Manager is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization 

  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices

  • Works independently, with guidance in most complex situations

What We Are Looking For  

  • You have 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy and managing programs in the IT industry

  • Fluency in English  

  • Effective communication with people at all levels   

  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships   

  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach

Work Arrangement

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Hiring Range:

$151,500 - $200,000 OTE

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
