Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Monday - Friday

Approx. 8am - 5pm

Major Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining the client profile and keeping all detailed account requirements up to date with timely and accurate information. Informs supervisor/staff of new clients and service needs.
  • Administers and compiles a company survey to access client satisfaction.
  • Acts as a client liaison and coordinates tours and meetings for sales representatives.
  • Assists sales representatives in documentation of sales opportunities, meetings and asset creation in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Performs the initial intake of any client concerns related to billing or service. Resolves independently or alerts supervisor/director for resolution. Documents all issues and shares monthly report with the program supervisor.
  • Remain knowledgeable on all services we provide and be able to articulate the program benefits and high level of care patient’s receive.
  • Coordinate employer events with the direction of sales representatives to include, invites, venue, and catering as needed.
  • Runs client reports from EMR or other software systems by request of sales or operations.
  • Review client revenue reports to spot trends with may indicate future sales activities and opportunities.
  • Perform Customer Retention calls and share results/report with Sales Rep.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
  • None Required.

Education Required:
  • Associate's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business or related field.

Experience Required:
  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in customer service.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and applications.
  • Demonstrated self-directed, results orientated, approach to building client relations.
  • Ability to handle difficult calls or situations and maintain professionalism.
  • Above average organizational skills.
  • Training or experience in keyboarding/data entry with emphasis on speed and accuracy.
  • Willingness to travel to other Occupational Health Clinics in their market for meetings and projects.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Position requires travel, may be exposed to severe road and weather hazards.
  • Generally exposed to a normal office environment.
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Pay Range

$24.85 - $37.30
