As the LATAM Channel Sales Leader, you will drive incremental revenue for Infios by building and scaling a highly capable Resell Partner ecosystem for all of LATAM.  In this role, you will recruit, develop and manage strategic and focused partners for Infios solutions. You will work with infios internal teams including executives, marketing, sales, professional services and product management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and develop Resellers into the Infios Partner ecosystem to reach new accounts & segments, drive incremental revenue and deliver successful outcomes for end customers.
  • Team with Infios Sales, Presales, and Services to understand each of their processes and capabilities to help partners and customers leverage for success.
  • Position Infios solutions with partners to ensure they understand solution functionality, value propositions and target markets.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and partner onboarding processes.
  • Promote and encourage Infios Education to the partner to ensure partner understanding of solutions, value propositions, implementation and support capabilities.
  • Team and consult with Partner CEO and executive team to build out business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Execute joint go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive new business opportunities via joint events, webinars and other marketing activities.
  • Ensure all partner deal data are current throughout the sales cycle from qualified opportunity through deal closure in salesforce CRM.
  • Meet/ exceed the Infios LATAM resell sales goals.

Your Profile

  • You have a 5-10 years of partnership and channel/sales experience in enterprise software; salary (base and variable commission) and title are commensurate with work experience.
  • You have experience with cloud technologies.
  • You have at minimum a Bachelor Degree.
  • You understand supply chain and companies offering supply chain technology solutions.
  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are an energetic evangelist with a passion to drive successful partnerships.
  • You are a strong collaborator and self-starter with the ability to assess and respond to competing and changing priorities.
  • You have an analytical mind & strong problem-solving capability with a proven ability to analyze concepts, strategic opportunities and competitive threats.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You can communicate complex subjects to C-level executives, including public speaking.
  • You are able to travel up to 25%
  • Position based in Mexico.
