About the role
Telstra’s in-house creative agency is looking for a Senior Content Producer to play a critical role in the delivery of Telstra’s 1:1 customer content.
This role is the delivery lead within the newly formed 1:1 & CRM Squad, responsible for managing the end-to-end process and successful delivery of the CRM strategic calendar. You will work alongside the 1:1 Strategist to plan and lead the workflow across consumer and small business marketing.
This is a senior role, requiring strong autonomy, stakeholder management and CRM execution experience. Beyond execution, this role will oversee production quality and contribute to creative excellence - bringing both technical expertise and a customer-first approach to the team. The ideal candidate is a highly capable, self-sufficient delivery expert, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle producing, editing and outputting content seamlessly, without needing extensive oversight.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as Senior Content Producer, you will be responsible for elevating Telstra’s creative standards across all 1:1 customer touchpoints, including emails, digital in app messages, and direct mailers part of CRM campaigns. You will focus on building a culture of creativity, innovation, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure that customer insights and data-driven strategies inform creative solutions, driving impactful and effective campaigns.
