Looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor who thrives with analytical precision and emotional intelligence to join our global IT company.
This is a full-time remote position (40 hours/week), and you’ll be working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to lead a pioneer team and support clients.

What is the role
The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor:
- Lead a team of AR collection specialists and cash application within the finance team.
- Will be the first point of contact for escalated issues and will also provide training and guidance to the entire team.
- Drive collections and provide coaching and development to the AR collection team.
- Will handle all escalated payment corrections with an overall understanding of the debit and credit memo process as well as account reconciliation.
- Will work closely with the management team to streamline current processes as well as aid in the development of new SOP’s as well as new training to standardize collections and cash applications across the various companies.
- Assist with the review and distribution of the monthly bank reconciliations from Accounting to the team and will be the first point of contact for review and escalated issues.
- Assist with month end close process.
Who we are looking for
Successful candidates must have:
- 3 - 5 years accounts receivable management experience
- Cash Application experience is a plus
- Coaching and Development skills
- Performance management experience
- Drive production and daily results
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of transactions
- Able to build and maintain effective work relationships internally and externally and work effectively with other departments and personnel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
