About the Role:

We are hiring a highly motivated Associate Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Reporting team in India. In this role, you will support the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and data-driven insights for business decision-making. You will work closely with a team lead and collaborate with global stakeholders—all within a fully remote setup. 
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is eager to learn, flexible, and a strong team player, with foundational knowledge of finance and SQL.


Key Responsibilities:

·  Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and business reporting
·  Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
·  Extract, transform, and analyze financial data using SQL and Excel
·  Maintain and improve reporting models, templates, and dashboards
·  Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format
·  Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

 

·  Chartered Accountant / MBA
·  0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related functions (internships
included)
·  Basic understanding of financial statements and finance concepts
·  Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data
·  Experience in AI tools adoption
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint
·  Comfortable working in a remote, structured, and deadline-driven environment 
 

Nice to Have (not mandatory):

 
·  Experience with ERP systems or FP&A tools 
·  Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
·  Exposure to financial reporting processes in a multinational or shared services setting
