Key Responsibilities
Prepare compliant paperwork, documentation, and systems access for new hires
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and procedures
Provide ongoing support to new hires, addressing questions and concerns
Serve as the subject matter expert on offboarding laws and regulations
Coordinate with payroll and local vendors for accurate final pay and timely deregistration
Manage the offboarding lifecycle, including documentation and return of company assets
Coordinate with IT and internal teams to ensure a smooth exit process
3. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of onboarding and offboarding activities
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
Stay updated on local employment laws and industry standards
Be the point of contact for candidates during onboarding and offboarding
Collect feedback to continuously improve the candidate experience
Deliver exceptional support and service throughout the process
0 to 3 years of experience in HR Ops, onboarding, offboarding, or a related HR function
Hands-on knowledge of policy administration, compensation, and payroll
Familiarity with HRMS platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and remote work environment
