Job Description

The Security Field Engineer will help manage customer engagements pre and post implementation for technical based requests.

The role will be responsible for ensuring customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle and will work closely with product, sales, and marketing to generate customer traction, as well as implementing customer success criteria per and post pilot. 

  • Manage ongoing or in progress customer engagements
  • Work closely with platform product team on customer requests, bugs, or enhancements
  • Develop and integrate specific customer detection use cases or integrations with the customer
  • Normalization of datasets/login in customer environments
  • Assist with customer presentations, demos, etc
  • Assist with automation of tasks related to customer onboarding
  • Assist in new feature development and product strategy based on customer usage and feedback

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • 7 years of experience working in a Security Operations Center and/or working for a SIEM Solution
  • 3-5 years experience in a customer facing role

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Sales Engineering and/or Customer Success experience
  •  Data Engineering experience

  • This role is eligible to participate in Anvilogic’s commission plan, and it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $230,000 - $260,000
