Job description

The Human Resource Executive at Venturenox is responsible for managing critical processes such as talent sourcing, employee onboarding, performance evaluations and off-boarding. Primary skill required is ability to construct and implement processes governing the employee lifecycle.

The Human Resource Executive works with the company leadership as well as technical managers and leads; and helps them bring new products and features to life. We require our team members to be passionate about their work, have a collaborative approach, and bring positive energy to the workplace.

Responsibilities:

Work with company leadership to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees. Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current.
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
Write and post technical job descriptions. Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github.
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
Coordinate with technology teams to forecast department goals and hiring needs. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
