The estimated base salary range for this role is $61,000 to 85,000 per year.  
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors

Reporting to the UX/UI Design Manager, the Website Content Producer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing content across Armstrong's websites and digital properties. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and managing digital assets (copy, content, files, videos, images) to ensure accuracy, achieve marketing and branding objectives, and optimize the customer experience. The Website Content Producer collaborates closely with cross-functional marketing teams and plays a key role in product launch and digital integration.

What You'll Do

Website Maintenance

  • Manage and maintain website content (including landing pages, product pages, catalogue pages, and more) using a defined Content Management System (CMS), ensuring adherence to the website Style Guide.
  • Build new landing pages, partnering with cross-functional marketing teams to develop content, adhering to page designs, layout, and UX intention.
  • Manage and maintain digital assets within the Product Database Management (PDM) system for use across various systems (website, CRM), and manage video assets in a designated platform.
  • Understand merchandising principles and support Commercial product catalogs to optimize the online product presentation and customer journey.
  • Help identify, recommend, and implement improvements to website usability, personalization, path-to-purchase optimization, and A/B testing to enhance the overall customer experience.  
  • Use analytics to proactively identify and communicate content gaps and opportunities, ensuring content is customer-focused and supports their needs.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are followed on all web pages and digital assets.
  • Support product launches and digital integrations with the Website Experience Team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with various teams and individuals.  

UX/UI Design

  • Participate in roadmap ideation and conceptual development based on quantitative and qualitative research and key findings.
  • Identify customer friction points and craft creative solutions to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, associate degree, or technical school preferred. High school or GED equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in website content management or design or similar roles
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Shopify, Wordpress, or other eCommerce platforms preferred.
  • Experience working with a project management tool such as Asana
