Job description

Position: Learning Experience Designer
Location: Framingham, MA (REMOTE)
Duration: 1 Year

Job Responsibilities:
· Analyze Learning Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and set appropriate learning objectives
· Design and Develop Technical Learning: Create engaging and effective online courses, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions
· Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with technology experts to gather and validate content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
· Utilize Instructional Design Models: Apply various instructional design models and learning theories to develop compelling learning experiences
· Multimedia Integration: Incorporate multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience
· Evaluate Effectiveness: Test and evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences, making improvements as needed
· Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure that all learning experiences are accessible and inclusive for diverse learners

Requirements:
· 5-10 years of experience developing training materials
· Developing training materials under the guidance of the Change and Training Leads.
· Experience with Articulate (Storyline and Rise 360 are part of this suite) or similar training development tools
· Experience with UKG Pro (formerly UKG Dimensions)
· Experience developing materials for technology solutions
· Experience with training delivery and facilitation (asset)
· Experience creating training materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
