Job Summary:
We are looking for a ServiceNow TSM Developer with experience in Telecom Service Management, including modules like Order Management, Product Catalog, and Network Inventory. You'll be responsible for developing and customizing telecom workflows, data models, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with 4+ years in Telecom Service Management (TSM).
  • Strong understanding of telecom domain processes such as order fulfillment, service assurance, and inventory management.
  • Experience developing in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Widgets.
  • Hands-on experience with Product Catalogs, Order Management for Telecom, and CSM.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing data models using the Telecom Industry Data Model.
  • Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and platform security (ACLs, RBAC).
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) – required.
  • ServiceNow CIS–CSM or TSM certifications – preferred.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of TM Forum standards (SID, Open APIs).
  • Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and telecom inventory modeling.
  • Exposure to telecom OSS/BSS architecture.
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
