About the Role:
We’re looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our growing team.
This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership.
You'll design scalable Salesforce solutions, manage developer capacity, and collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to drive successful implementation and continuous improvement of a custom Salesforce application.
Responsibility:
Lead solution design and development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Delivery Managers to align on priorities and resource planning
Support and guide developers; manage capacity, remove blockers, and ensure smooth sprint execution
Conduct code reviews, oversee testing, and lead product demos
Maintain up-to-date documentation for technical architecture, processes, and business workflows
Customize and manage Salesforce managed packages and integrations
Handle enhancement requests, ongoing support, and platform maintenance
Required Skills-
8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
1–3 years of experience leading or managing technical Salesforce teams
Expertise with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and API integrations
Strong communication, planning, and documentation skills
Experience working with complex data models, asynchronous Apex, and HTTP callouts
Familiarity with managing packaged solutions within Salesforce
Nice to Have:
Certifications in Advanced Admin, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Architecture
Experience with tools like Inspire Planner, Taskray, or other project management apps
Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud
Background in technical project management or leadership training
