I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for a Support Analyst, this person will have direct contact with an international client.

Requirements:

- Solid experience with ITSM / ITIL;

- Experience with level 2 (L2) support, investigation, analysis and interpretation of logs, detailing and troubleshooting (troubleshooting) for the production of complex technical solutions, composed of several components, from an important APP;

- Experience with using and creating scripts and service processes; Flexibility to work in scenarios with critical system for the customers;

- Ease of communication;

- English for reading and writing, being able to maintain communication with native speakers.

- Spanish for reading and writing, being able to maintain communication with native speakers.

Nice to have:

- Experience with control tools (Jira, Miro, Mural);

- Experience with APPs (React and Java);

- Experience with databases (PostGree, etc);

- Experience with cloud systems (AWS).
