AHEAD is searching for a dynamic and meticulous Manager of Operations Quality to join our operations team and elevate our commitment to excellence. As a leader in innovative IT lifecycle management, we're continually refining our processes—from quoting and order management to purchasing. Your expertise in quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, or similar frameworks will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across these critical areas.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to establish and implement key quality systems and processes from the ground up. We're seeking a proactive implementer, someone eager to build and shape our core continuous improvement strategies and systems. You will have significant influence in defining how quality is managed and continuously improved within our operations team.

In this influential role, you'll spearhead quality initiatives, leveraging your strong analytical skills and thorough understanding of root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues at their core, and foster a proactive culture of quality.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance systems aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Manage internal and external quality audits, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and monitor effectiveness.
  • Analyze KPIs related to process quality, using data-driven insights to drive operational improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, purchasing, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues promptly and sustainably.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, clearly communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Foster and embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout operations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to quality.
  • Other job duties as assigned

  • Education & Experience
  • Previous expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, TQM, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough root cause analyses and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Experience in developing and leading quality audits and inspection processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, able to interpret KPIs and transform data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively across multiple departments including purchasing, sales operations, supply chain, and customer service.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or ASQ Certified Quality Manager is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with modern quality management system software platforms.
