The Role

Lead a new, fast growing, impactful Veeva product team in an exciting space, building our commercial product set out for the emerging biotech market.

What You’ll Do

Building and managing a team of experienced Product Managers

Leading the delivery of a new Product line from scratch.

Overseeing deployment, documentation, training, support for the product line.

Developing Product Strategy and architecture for Vault Commercial Basics

Partnering with Sales to assist them build their pipeline

Working with early adopters of the software to ensure they are successful

Defining and championing a cross product vision and roadmap.

Working with product teams across Veeva to understand direction and needs for customer success

Requirements

Excellent communication, project management and leadership skills

Proven experience managing product managers

Proven ability to define and structure complex product offerings

Background in professional services

10+ years of experience in product management

3+ years in a management position with direct reports

Strong technical aptitude (understanding complex software and data models)

Experience with enterprise software solutions, particularly in areas like commercial operations, sales enablement, or customer engagement platforms.

Nice to Have

Life Sciences industry background

Proven experience bringing new products to market

Compensation

Base pay: $150,000 - $225,000

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
