Logit is looking for an energetic and motivated Project Manager to join our growing company.

This is a 100% remote/work from home position.

This position involves the day-to-day management of assigned projects, ensuring all aspects of the data collection lifecycle are completed in a client-focused manner.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources across departments within the company
  • Oversee project process including set-up, programming, testing, data collection, coding, and data tabulation
  • CATI expertise with sampling methodologies, calculation of incidence rate, and management of quotas, production rate, and response rate
  • Work closely with mail partners to ensure ideal formatting and cost-conscious physical design
  • Experience with methodologically rigorous studies, or fielding Social Sciences-type, probability-based studies
  • Monitor sample performance, timing of call-backs, and call attempts in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Report on project progress while ensuring budget, timeline, and deliverables are met
  • Communicate accurately and thoroughly during project lifecycles, with both internal departments and clients
  • Act as the client’s key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Analyze project performance and proactively offer suggestions for improvement/identify areas of concern
  • Oversee the selection of samples, including a data file layout and final sampling plan
  • Support the quality assurance process by reviewing data and helping to ensure all required quality checks are properly tracked and documented
  • Ensure project database is organized and up to date
  • Close project and complete all documentation within expected timeline
Other Duties and Responsibilities

(Duties performed occasionally or in addition to the essential duties of the position.)

  • Complete final review of test links
  • Assist with development of new tools/software if requested
  • Pull and manipulate CATI sample using vendor software (Phone)
  • Leading kick-off meetings with clients/internal teams
  • Assist in maintaining process and training documentation
  • Assist Sales Team with questions related to regulatory programs and compliance
  • Provide basic guidance for price quoting for programs and implementation
  • Use the National Change of Address (NCOA) to update selected sample
Working Conditions and Environment
    • Mobile contact and remote access will be required on an ongoing basis
    • After hours availability as required
    • Ongoing support and mentoring from department specific Team Leader
