About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a driven and imaginative Visual & Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment. This role is hands-on and collaborative, perfect for someone who’s as comfortable creating scroll-stopping social content as they are building clean, branded decks or layout-heavy brochures.
You’ll work directly with one of the agency’s founders and partner with both strategy and marketing teams to bring visual ideas to life for brands in energy, tech, and beyond.
What You'll Do
Design visual content for social media platforms, aligned with brand tone and strategy
Create flyers, one-pagers, brochures, technical documents, and sales materials
Design assets for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
Develop short-form video, reels, GIFs, animations, and motion graphics
Support event and print design needs, such as trade show materials and presentations
Collaborate across teams to ensure visuals and messaging are tightly aligned
Participate in creative reviews and iterate based on feedback with a positive mindset
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with agility and organization
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in graphic design (agency experience a plus)
Strong portfolio featuring both graphic and motion design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
Experience with Figma and Canva
Solid grasp of branding, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout
Clear communicator who values feedback and creative discussion
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Bonus: Familiarity with marketing funnels or social media strategy
