Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a data-savvy, automation-minded problem solver to join our team! In this role, you’ll turn raw data into actionable insights, streamline manual processes, and leverage the power of AI tools to enhance productivity across projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support business decisions, develop smart solutions, and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret data using Python and Excel to identify trends and support business strategies.
Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows using VBA in Excel and Python scripting.
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) daily to brainstorm solutions, debug code, accelerate documentation, and enhance data analysis tasks.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries for clear stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with teams across departments to gather requirements and deliver practical data-driven solutions.
Document processes clearly and maintain high data quality standards across systems and outputs.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation.
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and visualizations.
Experience using VBA to automate tasks within Excel.
Daily user of AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for coding, documentation, and idea generation.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Basic knowledge of SQL or familiarity with databases.
