ServiceNow Consultant
Location: Remote
Salary: $120-180k
Sabot Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow implementations, particularly within the context of state and federal compliance frameworks. The ServiceNow Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the enhancement and maintenance of ServiceNow CMDB and HRSD modules to meet the requirements set by our end client.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow CMDB and HRSD modules.
Coordinate with Contract Manager to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Ensure integration of CMDB with IT asset management, change management, and other ITSM processes.
Support the development of HR workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee service requests.
Manage data migration from legacy HR systems into ServiceNow.
Ensure compliance with state security standards and policies (e.g., NIST, FIPS, SAM, SIMM).
Facilitate documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal staff.
Monitor project risks, issues, and performance metrics; provide regular status updates.

Must Have:

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing ServiceNow projects, including HRSD and CMDB modules.
At least two completed ServiceNow HRSD implementations with the last 10 years.
At least two completed ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB implementations within the last 10 years.
Experience with Employee Center Pro implementation.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, ACLs, COE Security Configuration, and integration with external systems.

Nice to Have:

Experience with California State Government IT projects.
Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR).
Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery (CIS-Disco).
Certified in Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
Experience working with ServiceNow Elite Partners
