Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for an accomplished Sales Operations Leader to enhance our sales team's effectiveness and drive strategic growth initiatives across the Service Provider Solutions team (SPS). This role will focus heavily on pursuit and capture strategies, territory expansion, and the ongoing support and growth of existing regions. The ideal candidate will blend analytical rigor, operational excellence, and strategic thinking to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pursuit and capture strategies to identify and win new business opportunities effectively across the US for service provider business unit.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to define and execute territory expansion strategies, including identifying market potential, contract strategy, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
  • Oversee sales operations processes, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, quota setting, and reporting.
  • Work with Sales, Finance, Product Management and Operations teams to implement sales plans framework and workflows leveraging Dynamics 365.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to sales teams, enabling them to optimize territory coverage and account management.
  • Support existing account teams by implementing strategies designed to deepen customer relationships, increase retention, and expand revenue streams.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and territory adjustments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales strategies and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent on the job experience, Sales Management, or a related field.
  • Dynamics 365 experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or a strategic sales role.
  • Proven expertise in developing successful pursuit and capture strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience with territory expansion and management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
