Senior Technical Writer

As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning and knowledge-sharing experiences that help users acquire complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging way. Your work will directly impact the usability and accessibility of core product documentation and knowledge base resources. This role requires collaboration with product, engineering, and customer experience teams to ensure technical accuracy and clarity for a wide range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain compelling, user-friendly documentation for our core SaaS product.
Create and update knowledge base (KB) articles with a strong focus on usability and clarity.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to document new features and product updates.
Design processes to keep all KB documentation current and relevant.
Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve documentation quality.
Collaborate with multiple agile teams to keep up with weekly product releases and ensure timely documentation delivery.
Develop technical visuals such as diagrams, illustrations, and flowcharts that simplify complex ideas.
Record and edit short video tutorials and walkthroughs for product features and workflows.
Proofread and edit content to maintain a consistent tone, style, and technical accuracy across all documentation.
Understand and prioritize the documentation needs of varied audiences—from developers to end-users.

Qualifications & Requirements:
