Driving revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives
Leading user acquisition across digital channels, ATL, and BTL
Overseeing product marketing: content strategy, market research, CRM, and analytics
Managing brand communications: corporate media, positioning, PR, and SERM
Building and managing the marketing team: hiring, mentoring, planning, and performance management
Collaborating cross-functionally on company-wide initiatives and product development
Valid residency permit (any country) and active bank account
3+ years of experience as Head of Marketing / CMO / Head of Digital in a large EdTech company
Proven track record as a Head of Performance / Performance Marketing Lead
Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals: strategy, customer insights, value propositions, market analysis
Strong hypothesis testing mindset — you know how to foresee risks and avoid costly mistakes in fast-paced environments
