Job description

This is a remote position.

IT Career Hub is a career education center for Russian- and German-speaking professionals. We help career changers become highly paid IT specialists with a recognized German diploma — and find joy in their new job.

We’re currently looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to join our marketing team.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Driving revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives

  • Leading user acquisition across digital channels, ATL, and BTL

  • Overseeing product marketing: content strategy, market research, CRM, and analytics

  • Managing brand communications: corporate media, positioning, PR, and SERM

  • Building and managing the marketing team: hiring, mentoring, planning, and performance management

  • Collaborating cross-functionally on company-wide initiatives and product development



Requirements
  • Valid residency permit (any country) and active bank account

  • 3+ years of experience as Head of Marketing / CMO / Head of Digital in a large EdTech company

  • Proven track record as a Head of Performance / Performance Marketing Lead

  • Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals: strategy, customer insights, value propositions, market analysis

  • Strong hypothesis testing mindset — you know how to foresee risks and avoid costly mistakes in fast-paced environments
