Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Part-time (Schedule to be followed)

Overview:
We are in the early stages of building a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) school and are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support foundational tasks. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Compliance:

    • Research state-specific CNA school regulations and licensing requirements

    • Track application deadlines and prepare supporting documents

    • Compile data on curriculum standards, instructor requirements, and facility needs

  • Operations Support:

    • Help draft business documents (e.g., SOPs, school policies, course outlines)

    • Assist in setting up systems for scheduling, enrollment, and student tracking

    • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and potential instructors

  • Marketing & Outreach:

    • Help set up and manage social media accounts and email marketing tools

    • Create basic graphics or flyers using Canva or similar tools

    • Research local marketing opportunities (e.g., community boards, job centers)

  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage email inbox and calendar

    • Organize digital files and folders

    • Track tasks and help ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

  • Strong research, organization, and communication skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Interest in education, healthcare, or small business development is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with state licensing or healthcare education programs

  • Basic knowledge of CNA programs or healthcare training
