This is a remote position.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for new students and their families. You'll use your bilingual skills to connect with prospects, schedule appointments, and guide them toward joining the academy. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and working with both people and technology.
Connect with new leads via outbound calls in both English and Spanish
Engage in professional, persuasive conversations with prospective students and families
Schedule facility tours and initial consultations for interested prospects
Maintain organized follow-up systems for lead nurturing
Update and manage lead information in the CRM system
Track call outcomes and appointment success rates
Document detailed notes for each interaction
Collaborate with on-site team members for smooth appointment handling
Manage daily communications in both English and Spanish
Generate activity reports using spreadsheet software
Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish
Professional phone manner with clear articulation and enthusiasm
Technically proficient and quick to learn proprietary CRM tools
Proficient in spreadsheets and data entry
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Stable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup
Strong follow-up and lead management skills
Customer-service oriented and relationship-focused
Comfortable working independently and meeting performance targets
