Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, anytime between   8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Indianapolis, IN / EST)
Hours: Flexible, 10 hours/week 


Overview:

As the Social Media Specialist, you will take ownership of the brand’s presence on major platforms, crafting engaging campaigns that captivate the target audience. Your focus will be on driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing sales through both paid advertising and organic efforts, across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

You will also collaborate closely with the client (Macy) and her team, helping train and upskill them in ad strategy, campaign execution, and platform management.


Responsibilities
  • Audit & Analyze: Evaluate existing Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns for effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a data-driven advertising strategy to grow sales and audience engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Create and manage ads across Meta, Google, and optionally TikTok.
  • Zapier & CRM: Set up and manage automation workflows, including Zapier integrations with CRMs.
  • Lead Gen: Build lead generation forms and funnels tied to campaign goals.
  • A/B Testing: Design and analyze split tests to improve ad performance and conversions.
  • Creative Production: Develop compelling ad creatives and content aligned with brand identity.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns based on results.

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media and paid ads management
  • Strong creative and technical skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
  • Familiarity with Zapier, lead generation workflows, and CRM integrations
  • A solid understanding of marketing KPIs and conversion optimization
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset


Highly Regarded Experience:

  • Certifications in Meta and/or Google Ads
  • Experience managing large media budgets
  • Expertise in advanced targeting, retarget, and A/B testing
  • Conversion rate optimization skills
  • Ability to mentor and train team members
