Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Power BI Developer / Business Intelligence Analyst with strong SQL and dashboard development experience to join our data team. This role focuses on creating, refining, and optimizing business dashboards to improve data accessibility and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights
  

• Write efficient SQL queries to pull data from Snowflake and other relational databases
  

• Collaborate closely with the DataOps team, DevOps, and the Center of Excellence (CoE) analysts to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
  

• Support ongoing dashboard refinement and performance optimization
  

• Uphold data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across sources and reports
  

• Continuously seek improvements to reduce delivery times and increase dashboard development output
  

Success Metrics:

• Double current dashboard delivery output
  

• Significantly reduce turnaround times for business intelligence reporting
  

• Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and high-quality deliverables
  

Reporting Line:

• Reports directly to the DataOps Manager
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong technical expertise in Power BI and SQL, with experience working in Snowflake environments
  

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  

• Track record of improving BI delivery pipelines and scaling dashboard output
  

• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
