Job description

• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Identify and address billing gaps
• Identify and reduce churn
• Respond to client inquiries (billing and sales)
• Interact with customers via phone and email
• Assist with creating estimates, booking orders, and following up on estimates and subscriptions
• Create estimates/proposals for existing clients seeking additional products, renewals, or new subscriptions
• Perform other duties as assigned
