Job Description

Join Philips as a Remote Service Engineer, where you will leverage cutting-edge remote access technologies to provide exceptional technical support for Philips Ultrasound products, improving healthcare outcomes globally.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:30am - 7:00pm ET

Your role:

  • Serve as a trusted Philips representative, delivering telephone and remote technical support to healthcare customers and field partners.

  • Diagnose and resolve customer service issues using remote access tools, minimizing the need for on-site service calls.

  • Escalate complex product issues for further evaluation and resolution by advanced support teams.

  • Drive productivity through innovative problem-solving, process improvements, and application of technical expertise.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in ultrasound experience, specifically with Philips systems.
  • Your skills include Your skills include computer networking (preferred) and exceptional troubleshooting abilities.
  • You have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent; a Technical Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re an expert in MS Office and CRM platforms and have a knack for authoring technical solutions.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a Home - based role.

  • The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WY: $33.57 - $57.55/hour

  • The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY: $35.34 - $60.58/hour

  • The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, WA: $37.10 - $63.61/hour

  • The pay range for this position in CA, CT, MA, NJ, DC: $39.58 - $67.85/hour

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
