Job purpose:

We’re looking for someone to help us grow our Partner Program by building and closing new relationships with mid-sized and enterprise companies across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll be responsible for managing a pipeline of both outbound and inbound leads, working with prospects from the first call to a signed agreement. 


You’ll be part of a sales team focused on introducing companies to Boombit’s nearshore delivery options, including staff augmentation and managed services. Your work will center on understanding a company’s challenges and goals, showing them where Boombit fits, and helping them take the next step forward. 


We’re not expecting you to generate leads from scratch. You’ll be assigned pre-qualified contacts through our RevOps infrastructure. These leads come from a combination of outbound enrichment and inbound marketing campaigns. You’ll use structured outreach sequences we’ve built via email, LinkedIn, and phone to move conversations forward. 


Job details:  

  • Location: Remote – LATAM Based
  • Contract TypeFull-time – Contractor Agreement.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Language Proficiency: Spanish: Advanced / Advanced English (required).
  • Availability: Immediate start required 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline management:
    • Work leads assigned to you through HubSpot, putting them into pre-built outbound sequences and following up based on engagement.
    • Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualifying them and guiding them into discovery conversations.
    • Keep detailed notes and deal updates in HubSpot to keep the team aligned and the pipeline clean. 
  • Discovery and consultation:
    • Have conversations that help you understand what a company needs in terms of creative, technical, or operational support.
    • Walk them through how Boombit’s nearshore services work, whether they need flexible team extension, delivery support, or a mix.
    • Collaborate internally with subject matter experts to scope solutions and build proposals.
  • Deal management:
    • Own the deal process from discovery to close.
    • Work with internal teams on pricing, scoping, and service design.
    • Help prepare clients for onboarding once an agreement is signed.


Required Academic Background:

A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, client services, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record managing full-cycle consultative sales processes.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex solutions, preferably in nearshore services, staff augmentation, or project delivery models.
  • Comfortable conducting discovery and requirements-gathering conversations with both technical and creative stakeholders.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency must be at CEFR C1/C2, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with decision-maker.
  • Experience using and optimizing HubSpot CRM with a high level of expertise required.
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Surfe, Aircall is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agencies, tech teams, or marketing and creative environments.
  • Experience negotiating pricing, preparing proposals, and contributing to SOWs, SLAs, and onboarding documentation.
  • Strong understanding of business etiquette and stakeholder expectations in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Proven ability to manage and report on pipeline health and sales KPIs (e.g., deal velocity, close rate, forecast accuracy).

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience selling nearshore services, staff augmentation, outsourcing, or project delivery models
  • Familiarity with agencies, tech teams, or marketing or creative environments
  • Experience selling to U.S. or Canadian companies .
  • Professional certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification).
