Job purpose:
We’re looking for someone to help us grow our Partner Program by building and closing new relationships with mid-sized and enterprise companies across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll be responsible for managing a pipeline of both outbound and inbound leads, working with prospects from the first call to a signed agreement.
You’ll be part of a sales team focused on introducing companies to Boombit’s nearshore delivery options, including staff augmentation and managed services. Your work will center on understanding a company’s challenges and goals, showing them where Boombit fits, and helping them take the next step forward.
We’re not expecting you to generate leads from scratch. You’ll be assigned pre-qualified contacts through our RevOps infrastructure. These leads come from a combination of outbound enrichment and inbound marketing campaigns. You’ll use structured outreach sequences we’ve built via email, LinkedIn, and phone to move conversations forward.
