At this time, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT System Administrator to join our IT team. This role is critical in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, providing advanced support, implementing new systems, and ensuring security best practices are followed. The ideal candidate is experienced in both Windows and Linux environments, has a solid understanding of cloud services (especially Microsoft Azure and Entra ID), and can drive infrastructure projects from concept to completion.



How you’ll go beyond as Senior IT System Administrator: 📈


  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for system incidents and requests
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux-based systems (installation, configuration, patching, monitoring)
  • Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and other Azure services
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and system processes
  • Lead the implementation of new IT solutions and tools from planning to deployment
  • Analyze the current IT infrastructure, identifying areas of improvement or modernization
  • Remediate security vulnerabilities across systems in line with security guidelines and compliance
  • Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for device and policy management
  • Administer and optimize email security and spam filtering solutions, ensuring reliable mail flow and protection against phishing
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including infrastructure designs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure planning, upgrades, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure high service reliability


What you bring to the table: 👩‍💻


  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a System Administrator or similar senior IT infrastructure role
  • Deep expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services
  • Solid scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell (Python or Bash is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Intune, Endpoint Manager, and mobile device management
  • Experience in managing IT projects independently, including planning, testing, rollout, and documentation
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals, firewalls, VPNs, and DNS/DHCP
  • Experience configuring and managing spam filters, anti-phishing policies, and email threat protection systems
  • Understanding of IT security best practices, patch management, and vulnerability management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written) for effective communication, documentation, and collaboration with international teams


It would be great if you have: 😎


  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA/MCSE, RHCSA/RHCE, LPIC-1 or similar 
  • Knowledge of backup solutions, monitoring tools, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Previous experience in IT compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC2) and audit support
