Job description

Position: Brand Manager  



Location: Mexico City, Mexico 

Note: Candidate must be located in Mexico City, Mexico 



Role Overview: Beanstalk seeks a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to support our top licensing client programs in LATAM spanning several categories, including Home Improvement, Hard Goods, Personal Care, and Food/Beverage
categories. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role in leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the LATAM market (focus on Mexico) and expertise in licensing corporate brands. 
 



Key Responsibilities
 

Sales Management:
 

  • Lead the prospecting process, researching product markets, industries, categories, and trends.  
  • Identify and reach out to prospective licensees and negotiate deals through contract execution.  
  • Develop comprehensive sales materials.  

Business/Licensee Management:
 

  • Oversee day-to-day management of licensees.  
  • Support conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual business review meetings.  
  • Track, monitor, and analyze royalty reports.  
  • Support marketing launch plans and maintain strong licensee/retail relationships.  
  • Ensure contractual compliance and manage internal quarterly budgeting and forecasting.  

Creative Management 

  • Oversee the end-to-end creative/production process of licensed products, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and business priorities.  
  • Manage creative product development, asset management, and communication for LATAM.  
  • Oversee the product approval process for products, packaging, and sensory testing management  





 

Qualifications 

Experience:
 

  • 3+ years in selling and negotiating, closing
    licensing deals, licensee, and client management in LATAM, with expertise in the Mexican market. 
     

Skills:
 

  • Must be proficient in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).  
  • Sales background with advanced communication, writing, and presentation abilities.   
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.  
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills to engage with high-level executives and clients.  
  • Ability to travel internationally frequently.
