Job description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms to support Ansira’s marketing initiatives and strategies. Your designs will help elevate our brand, engage audiences, and drive performance across various campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create work that is thoughtful, engaging, impactful, and relevant to Ansira’s overall brand aesthetic and marketing goals. 

  • Develop corporate marketing assets for a wide range of projects, both digital and print: ranging from advertising campaign collateral, email designs, webpage designs, social media graphics, PowerPoint presentations, sell sheets, event print materials, etc. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual campaigns aligned with brand guidelines. 

  • Assist in updating website visuals and landing page design. 

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and platforms. 

  • Consistently deliver high-quality work, ensuring deadlines are met, with attention to detail. 

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve visual content quality. 

  • Prepare final artwork files and manage asset libraries. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS environment 

  • Technical skills: 

  • Required:  Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) 

  • Valued: Wordpress, Asana, Animation/Video 

  • Design background: Strong portfolio demonstrating the understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding. 

  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and time management skills. 

  • Project management: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

 

Preferred Qualities: 

  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS. 

  • Knowledge of Animation/Video creation.
