We are seeking a hands-on leader to oversee the full spectrum of physical and information security across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments, external partners, and relevant security bodies.

Responsibilities

• Implement security strategies, policies and procedures that ensure the protection of the organization's assets, data, and infrastructure.
• Conduct risk assessments together with the CISO to identify potential security threats and recommend appropriate controls to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and privacy regulations.
• Conduct security audits and assessments to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
• Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees
• Collaborate with other departments such as security, IT, Legal, Sales to ensure that security protocols are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar position in the Cyber Security industry or security organizations .
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing security strategies, policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of security risk management and security compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
