· Join a small and highly collaborative team of Finance, FP&A, and Bookkeeping professionals.
· Lead most accounting aspects and make a significant impact on our business growth across the company.
· Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
· Work closely with the bookkeeping team, providing professional oversight and review of bookkeeping operations, including AR/AP cycles and cash management.
· Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US-GAAP standards.
· Collaborate with FP&A and business units to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Provide insights and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
· Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers.
· Manage international tax matters, including U.S. federal and state tax reporting, and transfer pricing (TP) documentation and compliance.
· Own and optimize the use of NetSuite ERP across accounting operations.
· Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal controls.
· Certified CPA with BA in Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
· 4–5 years of overall professional experience, including internship at a "Big 4" firm.
· In-house experience as Financial Controller or a similar role in startups or a small to medium tech companies.
· Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
· Strong understanding of financial reporting by US-GAAP standards.
· Able to prioritize workload and meet tight and strict deadlines, agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment under changing conditions and competing priorities.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
· Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

· Familiarity with BI tools and data analytics platforms.
