As a Product Manager – Martech, you will act as the vital link between technology and marketing, driving the delivery of tools that power campaign success and audience growth. You’ll help maximise total viewing among key demographics and elevate the brand’s prominence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape the roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of secure, scalable Martech products, covering everything from GDPR compliance to campaign performance, which directly influences how our marketing connects with audiences.
Martech Roadmap & Delivery: Define and own the end-to-end roadmap for Martech products, ensuring alignment with business goals, security standards, and scalability requirements.
Campaign Enablement: Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver CDPs, CRMs, CMSs, analytics platforms, and campaign tools that drive audience engagement and campaign ROI.
Stakeholder Partnership: Manage stakeholder expectations—Marketing, Engineering, UX, Research, Data and Growth teams—by facilitating brainstorms, solutioning sessions, and regular updates.
Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and continuous optimisation of third-party SaaS implementations and bespoke integrations.
Compliance & Security: Champion GDPR, consent-management and secure-by-design principles in all product decisions and implementations.
API & Systems Integration: Coordinate integration of 3rd-party APIs, internal tools, and legacy systems, identifying dependencies and gaps using architecture frameworks (e.g., Ardoq).
Agile Delivery: Drive Agile practices—backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives—and work hand-in-hand with Engineering to embed CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
