Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services that meet customer expectations.
Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
